I've lived here for the past six months at Mariners Landing and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is always friendly and maintenance comes the same day if not the day after when you call with a problem. You pay for parking and have assigned spots so it is never a problem. Neighbors are very respectful of each other. You can hear things through the walls but that is expected with all apartments. The size of the apartment is priceless. We didn't find anything else nearly as big in the area for the price we pay.
