I currently live in Mariner's Landing but will leave soon. I had several issues.
Once I had a guest with a dog who just spent the weekend with me. Two weeks later I received a letter from management pretending that I had been seen with the second dog and asking for 600 $ of pet rent. I immediately called the management and explained that I definitely only owned ONE dog. Two weeks later I got a letter from a lawyer with an eviction note. Finally, after several visits to the management office, they gave in, but refused to apologize.
Once, I was one day late with the payment (for the first time). They did not accept my check and I had to do a certified payment.
They have absolutely no sense of shame in posting lawyer's correspondence to the front doors where everybody can see it (I was not affected personally, but neighbours of me).
The apartment is expensive (I paid 2.500 for a 2 bedroom) and the standard is just very poor. All is shabby and of a bad quality. The dishwasher did not work and I had to clean my dishes by hand. Everything, all appliances is made out of the cheapest material, everything is crappy and disgusting.
The rules are ridiculous. Why shouldn't you dry laundry on your balcony, for example' Why do they suddenly not allow satellite dishes anymore' Well, they are still allowed when put into a flowerpot!!!!
There is no guest parking available.
The staff is friendly, but the manager is extremely unfriendly and aggressive (several neighbours told me of bad experiences with her, as well).
All in all it was the worst experience I had ever with an apartment and I am more than glad that I will soon be moving out.
I can only warn everyone from moving to Mariner's Landing!!!!!!!!!

I also live in Mariner's Landing, and completely agree with all that you've just posted. I've myself had several problems dealing with the office staff. They are extremely rude, and inconsiderate, mind you UNRELIABLE. It's is impossible to reach anyone at their office, even during office hours. Furthermore, it took me about 3 months to get my AC system repaired. I wouldn't recommend Mariner's Landing.

Mariners Landing is no longer part of Mariners Tower and Cove. Mariners Landing is managed by Lincoln Property Management. Windsor communities now owns and manages Windsor at Mariners Tower and Windsor at Mariners Cove
