They will pitch til they are blue in the face that it is a great community, but other than the view, it is not worth the money you will spend monthly to live here!

Let me first start off that the grounds are kept nicely and the maintenance team are pleasant, but other than that, everything else in this community is horrible. A relative of mine live in this community and had a horrible experience. I stayed with them whenever I was in town visiting and got to experience more than I needed to:
1) Do not get too close to the staff/rental office reps as they are NOISEY and will get involved in your personal business and will spread false gossip to other tenants. Just horrible!
2) Some workers in the rental office at the time were more concerned which sports player/celebrities living the community. Oh yeah, just ask and they will tell you who lives there with no concern for privacy.
3) Parking spaces will be violated(the very few they have) and you will have to ask people to move all the time.
4) Continued Entrance to units without permission
5) My relative was traveling and was told there was a bad smell coming from their unit and needed to get into the unit see what is was because supposedbly a neighbor smelled it. They gave the main office the ok that one time to go in to see if it was old garbage or something to that effect and it turns out it was their way of getting into the apartment continually after that. Taking advantage that my relative was out of town. One time my relative was checking on a rental payment and was told never to call the main office again contact their lawyer, Stating that there was back rent owed my relative lost not only their home but personal belongings. coming back early from the trip to find nothing and NO ONE....ABSOLUTELY no one would say where the personal belongings were taken to. Til this day, they have not recovered from this ordeal and has had emotional distress due to it. FYI....it is ILLEGAL to keep tenants belongings in the state of New Jersey and full disclosure of items whereabouts is to always be released.

Hopefully the new management will update procedures that will respect tenants, privacy and overall community welfare.

There are better rental properties down the road and much newer with great view and those should be considered before this community.
