Good place to live - We moved to the Avalon Apt about two months ago. Nice place to live. Excellent school elementary school, and nice people. The Avalon staff were very professional and made a apt selection and move in easy and problem free. The new apartment was clean and ready to move in. Can't wait to move Lived there for 3 years now and can't wait to move! Everything has gone down hill steadily. Charge extra for everthing, make rules they can't inforce...hallways and stairwells dirty. Apartments are noisey, you can hear your neighbors TV. Any apt not facing

Nice place to live I have moved in the River Club only 6 months ago. After reading all these bad reviews, I have to say that I disagree with most of them. Elizabeth (the manager),Farah and all the maintenace team are very friendly and helpful.The noise level is not really that bad.
