The Worst Place to live PLEASE DO NOT RENT

My worst experience. A total nightmare. My Air condition does not work from 1 month now it is 105 degrees in my house and there is no response from the maintenance office they dont even pick up the phone. Lazy worker and rude office staff. Management told me that it is not their problem that AC does not work and they will fix it when they get a chance. Please Do not rent at Durham woods
