worst maintainance

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
all the people I know have lots of maintainance problem for atleast 1 yr no body ever comes and fix things....whenever rains I've huge amount of water inside my house from celing ....since sept 2004 no one came and fixed it. if u go and complain they will shout at the tenants .
