It Sucks & Sucks

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005
 
I think they are never good to the Existing Tenents.They talk nicely to the new tenents and after couple of months the New Tenents come to know the problems.

They never give preference to the existing tenents for if one wants to change the apt.
