I live in these apartment when they were practically new 1988-1994 and loved it there.
Sharon was a little rough around the edges
but you just have to know how to handle her
(YES - she was even there back then...I think she came with the place). Overall since my place was new I had very little maintenance issues. I moved out after the explosion in 1994. I installed wall to wall carpeting and custom made window treatments that I left. Although they never painted (the paint job wasn't the greatest to begin with and in the lease they said they would paint after 3 years) they still took money from my security for the paint. My place was left cleaner when I left than when I moved in. Over all an enjoyable experience back then. Kind of like living at Melrose Place if you know what I mean,
