I was attracted seeing the model house. The rental agent gave me a hard time while moving in this apt. Never called to say if apt is available etc.and would never return my calls..My lease at old place had expired so i had to make multiple trips here to ask if apt was available..After moving in the a/c was not working..Had to keep on calling maintainance to request to fix the problem. It took more than a month to get the a/c fixed.the people at rental office are very rude and treat with disrespect.
the laundry rooms are worst, always eat up the money never work...In summer i also had problem of centipedes...Now the heater and a/c vent in small bedroom is not working.
they shut of water supply twice in the last year without notice.
