I am currently a resident of Village Court which is part of the Durham woods complex and is managed by the same site managers. Do not go by the looks of this place. It looks new but dealing with the office and maintenance staff is a hassle. Especially the office staff. They never pick up the phone. The office never calls you back if you leave a message. God help you if the heater breaks down in peak winter or the a/c breaks down in peak summer. Some apartments are in good shape. But you are rolling the dice. If you feel that taking the chance and getting stuck with major issues for the rest of the year is fun, go right ahead. And make no mistake, none of these reviews or any letters to management will work - these complaints have been fast and furious in the past, but the office staff have not changed for the last so many years.
