They are usually unresponsive to most issues. When they do respond to issues, the maintenance staff will probably make several additional visits to your apartment to fix the same issue while you are at work. (Please change your locks if you move in here)

Be careful where you park your car during the winter because their snow removal team will not take responsibility for damaging your car. (Even though their insurance is supposed to cover any accidents their staff may have, they will tell you to file a claim with your insurance company)

The manager and his mother are the most rudest people you will deal with here. They will never tell you the truth about issues that they know they are responsible for.

And then there are times when you have the feeling that race is a determining factor in how they do their jobs. They fell that they can tell you to leave their office when they don't want to hear normal everyday complaints.

For a place that charges pretty close to what a mortgage will be, it feels more like living in a college dormitory, because even though you pay a lot of money to live there, you still get treated like crap!!!!!

Always and every time complain to as many different State and Federal Departments and agencies. ( offcourse city and county would not help ).
