I have been in Village Court Apt, Intially they were OK but the Managment is just terrible not responsive. Sharon who is the manager is just terrible and maitainece they hardly do any of it.

I recently had issue with billing as well, I had auto pay which has been paying sin a year and suddenly the mailing addr had changed and they did not proccess my bills for 1.5 month and then i found out the problem(they never contacted me to see why i did not pay) and payed up. After aweek i get a eviction notice saying to attened the court. I have been in these Apts for few years now and paid 1 week before the due date(never ever missed apayment). Now i need to go to court to say look there is no issue and more over these things may show up nt credit reports which pissed me off. I hope the managment changes the guys working or people should not rent this place. I am not impressed with the place. FYI, my bill issue i called many time to check with them no repose they have 12-1 m-F and they never respond got keep trying to get any issue resolved just terrible waste of time.

You can try "Joshep F" , , this is for garden home but don't count much, due to these kind of supervisors, condition here is bad as everyone knows, nothing would be done by their bosses.. Hope that helps.
