good bye to security deposit...Beaware

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
We left with peace , all the rewievs are true with maintenence problems, management not helpful etc.
Here is my problem in three years they came to inspect the appartment once, we got no report.We leave and inquired about our security deposit' they come up with all kinds of issues, walls are dirty with holes,carpets are dirty hence they decide to deduct anywhere from $300 to $500. So future tenants who decide to flee from here please make arrangements to walk with the management on termination of your lease and discus your deductions. "Deductions" is the term they use We all know its a "Racket".
