There is a community yahoo group (http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/Durham_Woods/ ) that have over 140 members renting at 5 apartment complex managed by the same Durham Woods rental office that have many nice people like Arun, Srini ...etc. Who often willing share their living experience in the community ...
