This is probably the Worst Management that I have encountered. We lived in this complex since 1992. It used to be so nice before, but after they built 2-3 complex around Durham Woods, the Management efficiency has fallen by the wayside.
Their absolute no security. We had instances practically EVERY week where some kids come inside the building, sit by the stairs, smoke cigarettes, cigars, weed and god knows what not. We have complained to the Mgmt. and every time we call, the super comes and kicks them out. We have told the Mgmt to put a "NO TRESPASSING" sign for the past 1 year, and nothing has been done.
The have some Cherry Apple tree in the parking lot and the trees are very near to parking spaces and during fall season, we have all these small cherry fruit fall on our cars and leaving a sticky residue. We have told the Mgmt many, many times to either cut the tree OR prune the branches so that these fruit don't destroy the cars, but have seen no result.
An entire line of lights in the Parking Lot are out for 4-5 months, nothing has been fixed.
The Mgmt is headed by Jeff Yingling who is a sweet talker and NO ACTION kind of guy.
THIS MGMT TEAM IS THE WORST THAT I HAVE COME ACROSS!!!
I used to recommend this complex to lot of people before, but I would not recommend to anybody.

You can try "Joshep F" , , this is for garden home but don't count much, due to these kind of supervisors, condition here is bad as everyone knows, nothing would be done by their bosses.. Hope that helps.
