The apartment itself is nice. However, the management and other tenants make impossible to want to renew my lease. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the management office with an emergency. You have to call, go through several automated menus, and when you finally get where you need to be, you have to leave a message. Our air conditioning broke during July. I realize it is considered a luxury, however, due to my asthma it is necessary that I have central air. The policy for them coming to fix the air includes a hefty fee if you have not already checked a long list of what could be wrong with the ac. I didn't realize I was in charge of mainentance at an apartment. Isn't that the whole idea of living in an apt' After leaving several messages about our ac and explaining that I do have a note from my specialist, they finally came a week later. Everything in this apt has an additional charge and it has the highest rent locally without including utilities. The icing on the cake is the insulation. You can actually feel breezes through the windows. They do not keep weather nor any sort of noise (including 2 people outside just having a quiet conversation). I always say that the pieces of glass are really just for show because they don't provide any other service.

You can try "Joshep F" , , this is for garden home but don't count much, due to these kind of supervisors, condition here is bad as everyone knows, nothing would be done by their bosses.. Hope that helps.
