These apartments are not safe at all. You will see thief trying to break into cars at night. There is no such management whom you can contact. Staff at main office( Garden Homes Incorporated) and leasing office is very rude. They are trying to say if you don't like it than leave but don't complain.

Very rude staff absolutely no respect for tenants.

Maitainence people will Enter into apartment with out complaining. If we complain they never come and fix problem. Lot of thefts happened in this apartment.

file complain try this: rchmielewski@edisonnj.org>, mayorchoi@edisonnj.org, these both are for mayor office. You can try "Joshep F" , , this is for garden home but don't count much, due to these kind of supervisors, condition here is bad as everyone knows, nothing would be done by their bosses.. Hope that helps.
