I have been living here for the past 2 years, i had read reviews of people being beaten up in this complex and you think its probably some dissatisfied resident....but its diffrent to see someone beaten up, with a broken nose and a black eye.....initially i thought its just the management that was bad, with their lack of service...now its the neighbourhood on the whole seems like its going down the dumps. I would say most people living here are decent hard working people, who just go about living their lives and doing the right thing for their families...but the management seems to be doing a bad job in screening people before they rent the apartments and plus have very inadequate security to keeps trouble making people at bay. In a nut shell, the management of this complexs doesnt care who they rent the apartments out to and what happens once the apartment is rented, as long as the person renting it can pay the rent.

Honest recomendation, there are a lot of good complexs in Edison, Metuchen, Islen and the neighbouring towns, do your homework before you sign up for inadequate service and unsafe living for you and your loved ones!

u guys r right .. they ask us to keep patios clean (no stuff there).. explain me why the park there trucks in the middle of the road all the time to catch up with each other ... either they'll not bother about landscaping or they will come with all the noise making machines early mornings even on weekends.. one fine morning at 8am a guy came & asked me to move my car from the parking lot coz they were re painting the lines down there .. i said i'll be there in 2 minutes coz i had something on cooking gas i needed to shut that off & take my little kid who was bathing .. now in return that guy asks me to hurry coz they already started painting .. i still said ok .. & he bangs my door after 30 sec & ask me to rush then i shouted on him wht the hell is going on ..firstly they don't give us prior notice then they behave like this .. he said to me that he is doing me a favor or else paint will be all over my car .. i said u r doing urself a favour as if i m gonna spare u if they is a single spot on my car ..

You can try "Joshep F" , , this is for garden home but don't count much, due to these kind of supervisors, condition here is bad as everyone knows, nothing would be done by their bosses..
