I am a resident at Durham woods. I have been living here for approx.15yrs. Durham Woods use to be a peaceful environment to live in untill about 2004. Ever since 2004, crimes have been increasing. There has been alot of attacks but strangely most of the targets were Indian. If you are planning to move here think again.

Even if none of this happened Durham Woods would still be a bad place to live in because of the service. Your supposed to have 24hr service but usually if you need something repaired or replaced it would take 2 days. I am about to move so PLEASE RECONSIDER.

Yes this person is absolutely right! I have a couple of things broken in my apartment for the past 3 months and have called and called the maintaince but no seems to give a damn about the complains. I am a consultant and i move around a lot and stay in small and big towns, the smallest town i have lived with on with one super between 10 buildings had better service then this dump hole. IF YOU ARE SMART U WILL LOOK AROUND, THE ONE MONTH FREE RENT GIMMICK IS JUST TO GET YOU TO RENT SINCE THEY KNOW WE WILL TAKE IT AND ONCE YOU ARE IN YOU SUFFER AND THEY DONT GIVE A ----!

complain to mayor office.. see below, try this: rchmielewski@edisonnj.org>, mayorchoi@edisonnj.org, these both are for mayor office. You can try "Joshep F" , , this is for garden home but don't count much, due to these kind of supervisors, condition here is bad as everyone knows, nothing would be done by their bosses.. Hope that helps.
