Air leak in the Balcony and Windows,due to which you will end up paying upto $300 pseg bill.
Heater machine make a hell lot of sound where you should screm inside the house to talk.
Bad carpet,ground floors are very bad, all kinds of insects sneak into the room from under the carpet.
Security...a big joke here.Well, it's a well known fact....just ask anybody about Durham woods incidents, management wouldn't give a dam care about the safety of the people living there.You are on your own here.
Of-course everyone in NJ would know about the Maintenance people in Durham woods...very unprofessional,very rude.
Most of the tenants i know are vacating because of all this. I lived a very uncomfortable 1 year and will never recommend this apt to anyone.
