Where to start' The place has gone downhill from appearance to atmosphere.
Tenants - the "population" around there are the RUDEST people on the planet. they cannot drive or park straight in one spot. their kids run amok and trash the courtyards. throwing rocks and actually removing corner bricks from buildings. parents could care less. search the local news sites for other stuff on violence.
Safety - a complete joke. there is security that drives around aimlessly, and then parks to hangout and talk. meanwhile, on my fifth day there, two wheels were stolen off my car. good work guys.
Landscaping - was nice when we moved in, then, they did some pipe work and tore it all up. never replaced anything. grass is patchy at best.
Quality - my 4 year old neice could have done a better job painting. windows are drafty as anything. 300 dollar PSEG bills are a regular occurrance. walls are paper thin, and you can hear neighbors from all sides.
Staff - at first i thought they were terrible people, but, after seeing how the other tenants are, i think i'd be miserable too. again, rude "people" do not know how to approach people in a civilized fashion. so, the office folks get a pass on this one. They were ok to me during my stay, on the few times I ever had to see them.
Maintenance was quick for us too while we were there.

Simple. Immigrants from 'Third World' countries bring their 'Third World' habits along with them.

How "develped" i am? What does that mean exactly? Your comment does not make sense. Should that first part even be a question? Or a general statement? You could use a few classes on use of punctuation and spelling. and for the record, i am not the one who mentioned third world countries. also did a quick edit to add maintenance and staff updates while softening my tone a bit. my gripe is more with the tenant population and attitude than anything else.

Although I haven't had many problems in the almost 10 yrs I have been here, I have to comment on the landscaping. The front of the complex is kept nice for show, but the rest, they have completely let it go downhill. The Tennis Courts are destroyed and the main playground needs new equiptment/benches. (Only 2 slats on a 4 slat bench)There is also a terrible draft in the back bedroom and your heating bill will be high due to poor insulation. Oh an Mr T - we miss you guys - you were great neighbors :)
