We moved in to this apartment early Nov 2007. It was love at first sight. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and close and convenient. There have never been any pesticide problems. I never smelt anything foul during my stay anywhere in the complex. Even during my parents' stay in summer, they would walk around the complex and it was pretty safe. Friendly neighbours.

In my case, the owner of the apartment was very friendly and professional at the same time. There was once a problem with my A/C unit. It was promptly dealt with by the apartment owner and fixed immediately. Apart from that, no problem with any other appliance/fixtures.

I would recommend this apartment.
