Excelent environment.
2.

Very less parking space.
3.

Not 100% safe(minor thefts).
4.

Rental office personnel not nice enough.
5.

Variety of appartments.
6.

Very close to major highways(NJTP,GSP,RT1,RT9,287).
7.

A very handy strip mall at the entrance.
8.

Rent not very expensive.
