I'm not sure why there are so many complaints. Yes the rental office employees are mean but you only have to deal with them while you are in the process of moving in. Maintenance isn?t bad at all. When the water heater broke above us they were over in 10 minutes. When we called because our dryer and dishwasher weren?t working they were over in 2 days and fixed by the third day. At my old apartment (Raritan Crossing) it would be a week before anyone would come out to inspect your problem and another week to fix it. I have no complaints about noise or break-ins. I?m planning on living here for another 3-4 years.

My only complaints are:

1. The windows are drafty and during the winter and summer you lose a lot of your heat/air conditioning.

2. Amount for rent.

3. Amount requested to use pool. I figure we pay A LOT for rent and therefore the pool should be free for renters.
