Just about everything sucks except the floor plans. That it is near to the major highways, RT 1, RT 287 exit 1, RT 95 exit 10, GSP exit 130, is both a boon and a nightmare. While your commute is reduced, you never have one minute of peace. So windows need to be closed all the time. The quality of the apartments is pitiable. Our floor had sunk from the wall and there were large gaps between the floor and wall which let in cold air during winter and hot air during summer. It took us 3 months to get the faulty ac unit repaired. During snowstorms, they never ever put salt on the roads, nor do they clean it up promptly and properly.

Read all previous reviews. Multiply them by a factor of 2-3. That's the least of the problems you will face.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DON'T TELL ANYONE NO ONE WARNED YOU.
