What a mistake.. The floors are uneven and crooked. You get dizzy. In the summer when the a/c is on, certain parts of the floor develop humungous bumps that rise and fall. THey told me it was from a leak or something. The maintenance does not repsond to your calls.. I've called everyday for almost 2 weeks.. and other times they come by in 2-3 days. I had to call the management and complain b/c they wouldn't come. And when they did, they were furious and gave me a lecture not to do that next time, b/c they get in trouble. Can you believe that'' It's unbelieveable. In the winter, there's a constant freezing cold draft coming in from under the walls, foors, and windows. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE insulation. And YOU have to pay for ALL the utilities. They don't clear the snow either. Streets and sidewalks are salted DAYS after it snowed and iced. The water must be left running a little (in the bathroom) b/c it FREEZES. I NEVER had that happen to me before! Oh and it's EXTREMELY noisy. You can't possibly leave the windows open in the summer.. with the GSP right in the back. This place is just disgusting. The apartment was built VERY VERY cheaply..

Bottom line is, it's TOTALLY NOT WORTH the money .. .
