I have lived here for 3 years and have lived in both second and first floor apts.

second floor is good.

huge area, but second bdr is small.

noise from nj turnpike takes a long time to get used to, especially if you want windows open in summertime.

my biggest complaint is living on the first floor.

you get a basement and its huge, but not worth the noise from above! I have sent letters to the main office and had "words" with my upstairs neighbors, but to no avail.

if you don't want to know the exact whereabouts of your upstairs neighbors at all times ...

do not live here! when they run any water at all it sounds like you live under Niagra falls! also in winter you must insulate windows to prevent wind from blowing through your rooms.
