Horrible place to live!
The place was not well maintained, my celing on a second floor caved in TWICE from the rain after they claimed to repair it.

The bathroom tiles fell off (11 of them!) and it took them 3 months to fix.

Old and Drafty!

The 2nd and third floors do not have carpeting so you hear every single noise that your neighbors make.
