Any apartment complex that you look up on this website, if you notice, not many have good approval ratings, because anyone that had a positive experience goes on with their life. People that post things have a reason to complain...maybe about things that aren't their fault...most i find that are...

if you complained about the noise...well then-when you looked at the apartments to begin with...didn't you notice how easily accessable they were' sandwiched between the turnpike and rt. 1'' of course there is going to be the noise of cars driving by!!! the aparments are by no means new, if you want apartments with new amenities...soundproofing, etc. look for NEWLY built apt. complexes...which you will be paying ALOT more money for-try new brunswick for those at $1700/month!

as far as those people who complain about the all the ------- that live there...oh my god- you're in EDISON, and by the way...you're in Jersey!! What do you expect'' move to Utah if you only want white people!! and who cares'' its not a ghetto complex at least!! The people who live there are very quiet...actually, the only complaints of noise is because of the highway...and one more thing about the noise...i live in a house now...and i can hear my mom walking when she is upstairs..because there are wood floors...so no ---- you're going to hear your neighbors!

now...the part where i'm supposed to write about how I felt about the complex...
honestly...it is safe, I lived there for a year with my boyfriend and another couple..all as college students. it was quiet, roomy, has a nice look to it for an older complex..plenty of parking, so what if you have to walk through a building to get to yours if you arrive home (very) late at night). the people there are quiet, maintenance came when they said they would..rent is affordable considering the area...and the best- a washer/dryer in the unit...enough said...

I had a great experience..actually good enough where just my boyfriend and I are moving back into a one bedroom in 2 months...so there you have it...hope this review helped...those of you who are browsing and considering moving into this complex...if you know how to live in the "real" world, this place will work out just fine for you...

Thanks, MetFan! I'm actually considering moving in this apartment complex in the beginning of next year and was really curious as to the quality. I think you've really put my mind at ease.
