This apartment complex has had 27 robberies/burglaries in a 6 1/2 month period this year so far.

20 last year.

THERE IS NO SECURITY, and the maintenance department are very nasty to deal with.

The walls are buckled, and to get anything fixed you have to put everything in writing or hold back your rent.

We doubt that the actual owners have any idea of the issues that exist because the management company is abusive, abrasive, and uncaring.

They wouldn't even return the mayor's office's phone calls about the poor lighting conditions! DO NOT RENT HERE.

Traffic from 287 is heard ALL THE TIME.

The grounds ARE NOT PATROLLED FOR SAFETY.
The layout and design of this property is a THIEVES DREAM COME TRUE-10 feet of concrete wall to walk through before you enter your apartment, and no lighting there in the daytime.

Hollow front and back doors are easily kicked or pryed into.

MAINTENANCE-Cannot speak English most times, and ignore you on all other occassions.

Unless you put your demands for repair in writing, they do not repair anything.

STAFF: Abrasive-abusive.

Use scare tactics, and send your rental account to collection before your even late 30 days.

OVERALL: This place needs a new management company or to be shut down.
