Hi,

I'm considering moving here to a 1 BR on the first floor. How is the locality' Can you hear noise from your neighbor because of the hardwood floors' Also how bad is the noise from the turnpike' How safe is the place and how is the parking' Read some reviews about theft happening in this locality, is it that bad' How is the first floor apartment, is there adequate light in the apartment'

Please advise.

I would consider looking elsewhere. The rent price is atrocious, the management is horrible, the safety on the premises isn't good at all, and the walls you can hear everything through. Try apartments on Talmadge road.. they're a lot nicer. I live in plainsboro now after living in Edison all my life and I love it out here 100 times more than Edison. Hope I helped out

We are in the process of litigation with this management company. They are atrocious. After doing a police record search for the litigation we were astonished. WE FOUND 27 BURGLARY REPORTS FOR EDISON WOODS in THIS YEAR ALONE. Same MO-doors kicked in in the daytime. Ours was a 1st floor location robbed on the 26th of March. RUN.....don't even think about this place. THEY LIE-they advertise as luxury apts, when in fact it's a rat hole. No security and no maintanence...pay you rent or they sue you. Move in here and you will regret every single day of it.

I lived there several years ago and while the apartment was nice and spacious, MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! They are still trying to get money out of me for breaking my lease WITH PROPER NOTICE! At the time I lived there, I believe maintenance was breaking in apartments. Unless you are from India, you will not feel comfortable there. The apartments are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overpriced even for the area. The pool hours are not meant for anyone who works day hours and there is an additional fee. I would not recommend this place to my dog let alone a total stranger.
