The apartment complex is really good...Maintenance is not an issue....
Traffic noise is less if you live on the BJS side. Little bit high on the other side facing the highway...only if you open the patio doors. Otherwise noise is not a big deal.

Safety is also good.

The only problem is once in a while in summer you see some small insects running...but absolutely no cockroaches or bugs...(which is a big plus in NJ)

Very convenient to local shops, freeways...and abundant parking on site....Its a very nice place....

You MUST BE JOKING!!!!! My son's apartment was broken into twice in two weeks, he along with 6 other tenants in one day! YOUR POST IS LAUGHABLE-you must be the manager! BTW-we collected 212 police reports for the first half of 2006 pertaining to roberries in this place-what are u smoking??

relax man....i am living there and i have kept my car unlocked quite a few times...u are taking about 2006...this is 2008...please update yourself with happennings around...Just like Lehman was there in 2006 and not in 2008....

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE , THERE WAS A BURGLARY IN MY APT. DONT EVEN THINK OF STAYING AT THIS PLACE. APT'S ARE BIG AND CHEAP BUT MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, NO SECURITY EITHER. YOU WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING IF YOU STAY HERE. I WENT TO WORK AND WHEN I GOT BACK I SAW MY DOOR WAS BROKEN. NO ONE BOTHERED TO COME TO HELP ME I WAS SCREAMING AND SHOCKED. EVEN THE COPS TOLD ME I WONT FIND ANYTHING AND IT IS HARD TO FIND THE BURGLAR. NEVER THINK OF EVEN LIVING THERE A LOT OF PPLS APTS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO I THINK IT IS THE GARBAGE GUYS, DELIVERY GUYS OR HANDYMEN WHO ARE DOING THIS. I MOVED OUT AND BROKE MY LEASE BUT MANAGEMENT DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP INFACT CHARGED ME PENALTY FOR BREAKING THE LEASE. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT.
