We lived here for 3 years from 2005-2008 and It started out as a nice community. We were told that the property was rent controlled and it was NOT. Our rent increased an average of $60 per year. There was a spree of robberies/assults and they didnt notify the tenants. When we moved in we requested a move in form to complete about problems with the unit and they didnt have one to provide so we had to write a letter about a few minor problems. When we moved out the letter was lost and they wouldnt give us our full security deposit back. There are multi families living in 1 bedroom units that were reported and nothing was ever done. They do not give enough notice of to property updates. They painted new stripes on the parking lot and said we had to move our cars from 7am to 6pm and there was no where to park on the property for 3 days. A lot of unsupervised children. The maintance was the only good thing about living here. The repairs were done in a timely manner. The management company is terrible.
