Lived there for two years, had no major problems during that time HOWEVER UPON THE TERMINATION OF MY LEASE - $500 was withheld from my security deposit for "repair". The apartment was left in clean-condition and no one from Edison Woods EVER did a walk-through upon move-in OR move-out. Upon contacting the office to request the $500 be refunded - we were given a runaround and are STILL WAITING for a response (Moved out end of April... it is almost August).

you need to sue them at small claims court, judge will favor you since they are not allowed to deduct monies for cleaning purposes, as a matter of fact why don't we all join forces. email me at shehly@hotmail.com
