At the end of my lease, I called to ask when I could return my key. I had to deal with someone scream (literally) about when I could return the key when I was asking about returning it after 5PM because of my work schedule.

I received my security deposit a little more then 30 days after the end of my lease (they tell you 30 days) and $500 was deducted! The letter said "no damage" but they charged $50 per appliance in the kitchen, per sink/toliet/shower and per room, to "clean". The apartment was cleaned right before I moved out, there was no way they can justify taking that much money for cleaning! I've tried calling over and over and have written letters appealing the $500 deduction. Apparently, there is only one person you can deal with. She is incredibly rude and demeaning and hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else. Three months after I moved out, I am still fighting with them to return the remainder of my deposit.

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!
