We have lived here for 2 years and were broken into.
It is not a safe place to live.
There is no security and nobody looks out for one another.
The chain lock on the doors is connected to the molding on the inside, and the frames are wood, so anyone with a crowbar can get in.
Totally not worth the risk to stay there.
While the layout of the apartment is nice, and w/d in the unit is a plus, it does not outweigh the safetly concern.
Also, walls and ceilings are paper thin, so you can hear everything from people walking around, to loud arguements.
Another problem there is the insulation.
Not only do the windows and doors leak, but there are gaps, so that bugs get in EVERYWHERE.
That is a real problem.
You cannot get rid of all the spiders, ants, etc., than come in through the cracks.
I would not recommend this place to anyone I liked.
