I had seen the reviews as well before moving here. Agreed to all the previous reviews, there are correct, but considering the pros and cons, I think they are not extraordinary but decent apartments overall for price.
Pros: proximity to Metuchen station to NYC commuters, next to stores like BJ's and shoprite, lots of tenants with family, frequent police patrol, washer-dryer in unit, fantastic and efficient maintenance service, 2 months free rent, adequate parking space.
Cons: rude rental agent (bnot a very different story), noisy if your apartment is on the NJ turnpike side, might lose some security deposit after moving out.

I am currently staying here and my feedback on your pros ***************************************************** proximity to Metuchen station to NYC commuters: Trafic to Metuchen is high on office hours, its not walkable as other apartments near edison/woodbridge. parking is costly at Metuchen infact at all stations but its better to stick with apartment which is walkable to station or has a shuttle *************************************************** next to stores like BJ's and shoprite: no one goes shopping everyday. ppl go once or twice a week so this is not really a pros *************************************************** lots of tenants with family agreed *************************************************** frequent police patrol This is because of lot of robberies in the past. Pls check the police records before you call this a pro *************************************************** washer-dryer in unit so old so old need to run dryer twice *************************************************** fantastic and efficient maintenance service agreed ***************************************************** 2 months free rent, adequate parking space. all partments give it these days and one that dont sell give more like ed woods
