The rent is excellent for the size of the apartments. I have never had a problem with the ladies in the rental office and they are very friendly to me. The maintenance workers don't seem very friendly, but the one problem that I had they came by and fixed it, so I can't complain. I don't know what kind of service people are expecting for the rent price, but the ladies in the rental office are very nice and I have never experienced rudeness. The only complaint I have is about the heat. It comes out very hot in the winter and it is hard to control. Would definitely recommend the place though!
