I just moved out after 3 years with Evergreen Meadows. The apartments look good, but not great. The place is very quiet. No troublemakers that I could see and the rent is very cheap. The managers can be tough, but mainly because there are some annoying tenants that want everything for free. If you want a good price and a good space, this is the place. The geese aren't even an issue anymore.
