Few problems with Evergreen Meadows Apartments...
1) If you're on the first floor, get used to the bugs during spring and summer months. I have had constant ant and flying ant problems.
2) The staff is horrible - very unfriendly and unhelpful. You feel like you are being a burden when calling w/ a problem or question.
3) Personally, I have had ceiling leaks, a broken refrigerator and dishwasher, and a heating system that sounds like someone is pounding on the walls. I have literally had to sleep at other peoples homes on certain nights because it is so loud.
