Rude rental office lady

The rental office lady is too rude. Very unproffesional for a postion where she needs to interact with people.If she does not like her job she should be thrown out. We have been in other apartements, and the staf there have been very friendly and helpful. Middlesex mngt people are really examples which Evergreen apt. rude lady should learn from.
