These apartments are average, with slightly thin walls so you can hear music from the neighbors and sounds from the hallways easily. Nice and spacious compared to other apartments. Low rent for decent apartments, less than $1000, compared to other apartments.
During the winter, the maintainence doesn't clean any of the sidewalks until 2 days after it has snowed, and ice usually builds up on the sidewalks making it slippery and dangerous. You also have to shovel your own car out since the plows do a poor job of cleaning the parking lots and they usually came a day after it has snowed.
And finally, the rental office has worst and rudest customer service. The lady who seems somewhat young, will give you horrible answers to your questions, and sometimes no answers at all. She doesn't provide any written evidence of anything, nor will she sign anything or give you any receipts for anything. Maybe she's running something shady there. But this is the worst and rudest rental office I have ever dealt with. Other than the poor service from the rental office, the apartments and communnity is decent, with people always outside for walks. The laundry rooms are quite dirty though. It seems the laundry rooms and hallways in the apartments are cleaned once a year.
