The staff at the rental office is very professional , pleasant and helpful will answer questions at any time. Grounds very clean and good neighbors.

THIS MUST HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY THE OFFICE STAFF THEMSELVES, because nobody, and I mean nobody would take the time to write a positive review of Evergreen Meadows Apartments that says only that the rental office staff is great (which is patently FALSE) and leave out the real pluses of this complex - the great location, reasonable rent and spacious rooms. NOTE TO OFFICE STAFF - stop writing these comments without identifying yourself as MANAGEMENT (see button above).

I stay in this apartment, the staff is the worst of its kind.....very rude,ill mannered,racist. The person writing must be the staff member.
Can you dare giving your identity...I challenge you.
