When I moved out of Evergreen Meadows I needed rental verification and the manager kindly told me it has to be in writing becuase of the privacy laws. I put it in writing and they faxed ASAP. It was great dealing with them and living in the complex.

I stay in this apartment, the staff is the worst of its kind.....very rude,ill mannered,racist. The person writing must be the staff member. Can you dare giving your identity...I challenge you.
