Evergreen is the perfect place to live because is very safe and clean. The staff is very professional especially the office staff is very helpful and will always answer your quesions.

I like living in Evergreen Meadows, but it's just downright untrue and misleading to potential tenants to describe the staff as "very professional especially the office staff" They are not helpful, they evade your questions, make fun of tenants behind their backs and always treat you like your are a major imposition on them.
