Office staff above average, helpful, very professional, and friendly. Apartments very spacious and well kept.

This MUST HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY THE RENTAL OFFICE STAFF themselves. I've lived in EM Apts for six years, and generally like it very much, but believe me, NO ONE would sincerely write a review about this place that only says that the staff is nice or exceptionally good. It just isn't true. In reality, they are rude, condescending, smart-ass and singularly unhelpful.
