Office staff has excellent qualities and very good people skills. I have been a tenant for almost 7 years and the treatment that I get from the staff is outstanding.

This MUST HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY THE RENTAL OFFICE STAFF themselves. I've lived in EM Apts for six years, and generally like it very much, but believe me, NO ONE would sincerely write a review about this place that only says that the staff is nice or exceptionally good. It just isn't true. In reality, they are rude, condescending, smart-ass and singularly unhelpful.

i am also a renter here and i totally agree with you. whenever i read these positive reviews i laugh to myself cause it is beyond obvious that the people in the office wrote them!!

I stay in this apartment, the staff is the worst of its kind.....very rude,ill mannered,racist. The person writing must be the staff member. Can you dare giving your identity...I challenge you.

tell me one thing which tenant will write this kind of exceptional comments for the office staff.. 1. Only if managenet is related to them 2. Management itself 3. Some body who is given money to write this comment Logically speaking, tenants will write the comments abt the building, mantainenace, surroundings, BUT never for the staff unless there is some connection ???
