I moved in this apt in May'06 from CT.
There is a big difference in the attitude and manner of the Rental Office Staff between CT one and NJ (not only for this apts, all i've seen in nj).
First they dont even fax the application form so just to get the app. form I had to take the day off and drive to NJ from CT (144 miles only) where I was to quit the job in less than 10 days.
App processing time may be fast cause it took them just two days to inform me about the approval.
I chose this apts because I need to get the train everyday from MEtro Park station and they have one of the best location, economical, good greenary, surrounded by the trees, easy access to Route 1, 27, Garden St. Pkwy, I-287, I-95.
The local routes 1 & 27 are little conjusted most of the time.
I would recommend this apts just because of ease commuting options and they r economical.

how is ur experience after you moved to the apartment. It seems all tenants are against the management ???

its the attitude of the Landloard lady, and because of it i think the super also has it. She doesn't even say hello politely. But I am still living here, because there are other benefits which I think they are more important to me e.g. location, public transportation accessibility etc.
