I've been here for more than 5 years. the apartments are OK, parking is good, and the rent is reasonable. On the downside, the apartments are old, and it shows - windows that don't close right, the heating system is in need of upgrading.

And, like almost all of the other reviews, let me add that the office girls are the worst. When I first moved in and found that the windows on my ground floor apartment didn't close securely (more than half of them wouldn't even latch shut), they didn't even want to hear about it. When I pointed out that this made it very easy for someone to break in to my house, the girl told me "Well, you'd better get good insurance, then." They are rude, condescending, and uncaring. The younger one is also not too bright.
