I've been here for 8 months. Here is what I think:

Pros:
spacious room. My unit is 900sqft 1 bdroom unit.
not pricey. My unit cost 975/month.
ample parking.
safe.
greenish environment.
close to metropark train station.

Cons:
upstairs unit not carpeted. very very noisey for downstairs unit.
a lot of birch powder which causes severe allergy.
baseboard heater full of dust never cleaned causes respiratory problems.

So what do u think are the pros stronger or the cons...?? Time to think--just to get closer to the station do u think that risk to health shld be taken???
